Let's Create is having its 1st Anniversary Celebration!

Each time you stop by the store in the first 2 weeks of September you will be able to spin the wheel for a chance to win some fantastic goodies.

We are having a drawing for 3 store gift certificates. Every time you stop in throughout the whole month of September you can enter for a chance to win. And with every purchase made you will get an additional entry into the drawing! You could win a $30.00, $20.00, or $10.00 gift certificate (and there will probably be a few extra drawings throughout the month). The drawing for the gift certificates will take place at the close of business on September 29, 2012 and the winning names will be revealed on October 2, 2012 via our Facebook Page, Our Site, and in the store!

Distress Inking Class II

During the past couple of months we started our journey into Distress Inking, we will continue on our adventure while creating 2 cards and learning 2 new techniques. If you didn’t have a chance to join us in the first class, it’s not a problem. You will be able to jump right in to this class. Let’s Create an awesome Halloween card and a vintage style Fall card. The cost of this class is $10.00.

Prismacolor Pencil Class VIII

Halloween is quickly approaching and I am so excited to be able to share my favorite holiday with you. The image that we will be coloring this month is called Witchy Boo Betty by Simply B Stamps. She is so adorable and a bit sassy. You will have your choice of hair color… Black, Pink, or Purple! Let’s Create a fun and out-of-the-box kind of card. The cost of this class is $5.00.

September Card Class

Since you can start to feel the chill in the morning air; this month’s card class will be about the upcoming Fall Season. It seems like Summer just started. Wow, how quickly time goes by! Soon we will be working out in our yards, raking leaves, and packing away all of the Summer FUN Toys. Please join me and Let’s Create six whimsical Fall themed cards. September Flower Soft Class

This month Let's Create 3 beautiful cards made with Flower Soft. This is a wonderful way to add dimension and texture to your cards. We had so much fun at the Flower Soft booth at CHA seeing all of their new products. We are featuing some of those new products in this month's class. The picture does not do the cards justice, they must be seen in person to really appreciate the depth and dimension of these cards. I hope you can join us in creating these 3 works of art! The cost of this class is $15.00.

September Copic Spin-Off Class

Come join us to create 3 different cards using 3 different techniques.  On the first card we will be painting our color onto the stamp.  It is a mixture of a distress marker, liquid pearls and water which gives you a light shimmery look.  For the second card we will be using the first method and adding copic markers to highlight certain areas.  We will also use hand dyed seam binding to accent the card.  On the third card we will use the distress marker and copic markers.  The cost of this class is $12.00.

Let's Create a two page Scrapbook page layout this month.  You will learn how to make your own Chevron Stripes which are very popular right now.  The Chevron Stripes can be made in any width or length to meet your scrapbooking or cardmaking project.  We will be adding some strips of scrapbooking paper cut to look like flags and then add some Candi Dots to finish off the project!  These are pictures of Franki and I with Tim Holtz at the 2012 Summer Craft and Hobby Association (CHA) Convention.  The cost of this class is $15.00.
